Our Team
Kyle Taylor
Kyle Taylor is the managing director and founder of Taycora Advisors and is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the firm’s strategy including the development of new investment opportunities, return and valuation analysis, contract negotiations, due diligence coordination, market analysis and investor relations. Prior to forming Taycora Advisors, Kyle worked with large national firm where he focused on investment sales and development of multifamily assets located in the Southeast. Kyle began his real estate career as the co-founder and COO of an asset management firm that managed Class A condominium developments located throughout the southeast. Under Kyle’s leadership, the firm grew from one property located in Athens, Georgia to over $100 Million in assets managed with 500+ units located throughout Georgia and Florida. By applying his experience as a successful operator of multifamily assets, Kyle brings both a unique insight and a comprehensive approach to helping his clients meet their investment goals. Kyle received a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Georgia.
Britney Spires
Britney Spires joined Taycora Advisors in 2017, as a Due Diligence Coordinator, and has helped push over $300,000,000 of closings from start to finish. As of 2019, she has added Salesperson to her title. Before Taycora Advisors, Britney spent 7 years in property management, overseeing a mixed-use luxury condominium located in Buckhead Atlanta. Britney decided to leave property management and start her own personal concierge business, assisting other entrepreneurs. However, it was not long before her passion for real estate drew her back to the industry. Britney’s combined experiences have helped her to understand the ins and outs of operations of each asset, highlighting its most important qualities, and relentlessly pushing each deal to completion. Britney graduated from Georgia State University in 2010 with a Bachelors in Journalism, with a concentration in Public Relations.
Casey Lambert
Casey Lambert joined Taycora Advisors in 2021 as a Financial Analyst, focusing on underwriting and overall analysis throughout the deal process. Casey started his career in investment banking at Truist Securities f/k/a SunTrust Robinson Humphrey in the Equity Capital Markets group. At Truist Casey was responsible for analysis and diligence on equity offerings in the healthcare sector. During his time at Truist Casey was involved in 16 billion in follow on equity offerings, initial public offerings, and convertible debt offerings. Prior to starting at Truist Securities in 2019, Casey graduated from Emory University with a degree in finance and accounting. Casey’s experience has helped him with in depth analysis and data collection for every asset and understanding investment highlights and opportunities.
Taylor Mason
Taylor Mason joined Taycora Advisors in 2021 as an Investment Sales Advisor focusing on secondary markets throughout the state of Georgia. Prior to joining Taycora advisors, Taylor spent over 3 years in corporate finance, advising middle market business owners on M&A and valuation related matters. After leaving corporate finance, Taylor became immersed in the world of entrepreneurship, co-founding an Atlanta-based financial technology startup. During the depths of the COVID-19 pandemic, Taylor decided to pursue his passion for real estate by becoming a licensed Real Estate Salesperson focusing on multifamily investment sales. By leveraging his experience in M&A and corporate finance, Taylor brings a unique skillset to Taycora. Taylor received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Kennesaw State University.
